Adjuster Qualification Requirements

Settle Our Claim takes great pride in who we choose to represent us to our clients. We are not like the majority of our competitors when it comes to adding adjusters to our roster. We are not just looking to have a list of adjuster names that will never be deployed or get any work from us. We believe that your time and our time is very valuable; so we do not want to waste it. That is why we have decided that what is best for all parties involved is to make sure that we are all a good fit. To do that we have decided that the following conditions shall be met before an application is considered.

Current Licenses in the states that you want to work in
An active Errors & Ommissions Insurance Policy
At least 2 years of verifiable experience adjusting insurance claims

Application Process

Download the adjuster application (located below).
Fill out both pages with black ink completely.
Scan and email it to: info@settleourclaim.com. Please put Adjuster Application in the subject line. Once your application is reviewed we will contact you to discuss it.
If you and we agree that we might be a good fit we will set up a time to do a telephone interview.
Claims knowledge test: This will be sent to you to be completed at your convenience. This is an open book test that is not designed to "stump" you. It is simply a quick check to see where you are at. The test contains questions that will cover: Policy, claims handling, Scoping and estimating. You will need to have an active Xactimate subscription to take this test as you will be completing an estimate as part of the test. The test will then be graded as a pass/fail (grade details will be included on test cover page).
After we review the test we will contact you again to discuss it.
If you pass the test we will send you the onboarding packet.
